HOW IT WORKS
Press the activation button and PZT-8 piezoelectric crystals inside the handle rapidly expand and contract, transmitting ultrasonic frequency energy directly into the blade.
This microscopic oscillation reduces surface friction at the cutting edge, allowing the blade to separate food fibers more efficiently than mechanical sharpness alone can achieve.
All energy is directed into the blade. None of it is transferred into your hand — resulting in a completely stable, controlled cutting experience.
